By using PropPad, you agree to these terms. They describe the rules for using the platform and the responsibilities of both PropPad and users.
Use of the platform
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you upload.
- You must use the platform lawfully and not abuse any feature.
- You must not attempt to access another user's data.
Document parsing
PropPad provides automated extraction and categorisation to assist record keeping. Parsed outputs are informational and should be reviewed by users for final accuracy.
Availability
We aim for reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Features may evolve as the product improves.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PropPad is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
